Did you know that Bastille hosts happy hour on weekdays? It’s held between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and it offers discounted wines and bar bites within the French bistro’s spacious and airy wine bar. If you’d prefer to sit down to a full meal, you can certainly do that, too — just head to sophisticated dining room, which is lined in banquette seating.
At this eatery near The Kingsley, the focus is on French fare with a contemporary twist, from the rock shrimp beignets to the open-face chicken salad sandwich on focaccia. Heartier appetites should opt for the “Le BFG *burger.” Arguably Bastille’s most popular menu offering, this burger piles beef, foie gras, and bacon upon a brioche bun. Regular diners say it’s a must-have!
Bastille is open for lunch and dinner daily. For a special treat, try Bastille’s weekend brunch. Priced at $29, it’s a decadent, three-course meal of French pastries, duck fat home fries, and other delicacies.
