If you’re new to Crossfit, start at a Foundations for Beginners class. You’ll learn the basic functional movements that make up a Crossfit class, along with the proper form. Jumping, lifting, squatting, and other everyday moves are all incorporated into the Workouts of the Day (WODs), which are open to everyone. Once you master the fundamentals, you’re welcome to come back for these WODs, which change every morning. You’ll never get bored at these ever-changing sessions.
